Production process: cold forming technology
Advantage：The sectional screw flight are cold formed without any changing of its physical properties! We ensure its perfect helical shape from accurate ID,OD, PITCH and its parallel open angle. Its leading edge and trailing edge are parallel and vertical to its axis. We are able to form heavy duty helix with large OD, larger pitch etc.
